Park Run
Ellon Group Practice is taking a significant step in improving the health and wellbeing of patients and staff by committing to being a parkrun practice, joining over 1,400 Parkrun practices across the UK.
What is parkrun?
- Free, weekly 5km walk/jog/run that takes place every Saturday at 0930h
- Walk, run, jog, volunteer or spectate - take part in any way that suits you
- Open to all, including those who are inactive or have health conditions or disabilities
- Organised by local volunteer teams
- Over 850 locations across the UK
- Opportunity to socialise, make friends and be part of a welcoming, supportive community
